Went to the Bistro while waiting for the DMV number to be called. Well lit, relaxing place with amazing food and friendly employees. Their shawarma tasted fresh and had amazing textures. (Came with some awesome fries) I loved how they make their sauce well balanced with the food so it doesn’t taste overwhelming or mask the flavor of the really well cooked food.
